1.30-2.00pm - Toddler Dance : walking-5yrs

Clackmannan Toddler Dance is a friendly group with Mums, and Grans coming with children currently from 13mths up to age 3, from Clackmannan itself and also from Stirling and the Hillfoots villages.  This September we have 3 children up from the baby class who are just finding their dancing feet! The class caters for a mixed age group with all children participating at their own level.  No charge is made for younger siblings who are not walking or under 13mths. There were 4 places left at last update.

We meet in a lovely light bright room which is entered from a path near the hall rear car park - which allows prams direct access.  It also has child-friendly toilets as it is where the toddler group meets.  Many thanks to Clackmannan Town Hall Trust for their support last year for the first year of running classes here.

2.10-2.40pm - Toddler Dance Babies : 3mths-walking

Toddler Dance Babies was popular in this time slot last year - we had classes ranging from 2 to 8 babies, but time has gone on and several of the babies have now gone up to 'the big class' or can no longer come as Mum has gone back to work.  So, we are looking to start a new group. One Mum has enquired and once we hear of one or two more we can get the group going again.  If you would like an earlier or later time let me know.  Last year I also ran this class on a Thursday morning but it did not prove a good time.  This Thursday time-slot could also happen this year if anyone was interested - just let me know.

3.30-4.15pm DanceFun-withMum : all ages (5-12yrs ideal, younger or older welcome)

This class is timed for just after school on a Monday. Everyone has time to walk down to the Town Hall after school pickup, come in have a light snack and drink (bring your own) to stoke up with - and then - music starts at 3.30pm for 45 mins of dance, dancercise and some primary age kids movement providing exercise for Mums and juniors.  Hall open from 3.15 - BUT ENTER FROM REAR ENTRANCE TO UPSTAIRS Craigie Room.  Older (or younger) kids are welcome to come along too, providing they are enthusiastic and well behaved.  Also younger children could sit on the side and Mums can pair up with a friend and do half the class each - whilst the friend sits with the little one(s).  As long as you are in the room that is fine with me.  I have planned the first classes, but - over time - this group can develop towards what YOU want.
