www.theyogatreestirling.co.uk/   -  finally when it all gets too much - there is always music and yoga --  The Yoga Tree, has a lovely space upstairs in the Stirling Arcade, Stirling town centre - small, friendly, very peaceful, - drop-ins usually available and classes on most days - daytime and evening.
